


In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on vocational education, implement the Opinions on Deepening the Construction and Reform of Modern Vocational Education System and the Implementation Plan for Promoting the Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education, and promote the new mode of non-international vocational education in modern vocational education system. Hunan Xingfei Zhiyuan Consulting Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hunan Xingfei Zhiyuan) and hunan mechanical and electrical Vocational and Technical College (hereinafter referred to as hunan mechanical and electrical College) go hand in hand to deepen cooperation and seek common development.

This cooperation mainly focuses on the creation and output of international standard courses and the integration of production and education to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in African countries.
In his speech, Vice President Guo Fengming extended a warm welcome to the leaders and distinguished guests attending the meeting. He elaborated on the school-running situation of the college and its development planning and orientation for international exchanges. He said that the school will comprehensively deepen the school-enterprise cooperation with the integration of production and education, promote the talent training mechanism with hunan mechanical and electrical characteristics, aim at helping the local industries in Africa to upgrade, and cultivate applied and compound skilled talents who can solve the technical application problems in the workplace around the shortage of talents in non-China enterprises. Build, share and win-win the conceptual resources of vocational education with Africa.

Ms. Chen Jiangtao, Executive President of China-Africa Economic and Trade Chamber of Commerce in Changsha County, gave a presentation on the national situation, local customs, local education background, specialty setting and employment needs of African countries such as Kenya and Rwanda.
She said that it was a big problem to find the talent system in the process of docking with relevant domestic ministries and departments at all levels and communicating with government departments in various countries in Africa. Enterprises in China need high-level and high-quality talents to go global. Similarly, African natives need skilled and professional talents if they want to find jobs. Therefore, the core focus of China-Africa cooperation is vocational education. As a service-oriented organization, the Chamber of Commerce must be at the forefront, connecting people and providing supporting services.
Mao Tianyu, senior project manager of the United Nations International Trade Centre, said that it was a great honor to witness the signing of the contract between the two parties. He explained the background of the United Nations Trade Centre, and then introduced the development of relevant policies of African governments and enterprises, expecting the two sides to expand exchanges with Africa through vocational education cooperation and promote the successful experience of China’s development.
Mr. Yin Qingri, president of the Rwandan Chinese Overseas Chinese Association, showed great interest in the cooperation mode between the two sides. At the same time, he said that the export form of hunan mechanical and electrical and Xingfeizhiyuan will play an important role in cultivating high-level professionals in Africa in the future.

We have a further and deeper understanding of the development process of your university, the remarkable achievements made in advantageous majors and the integration of production and education, and the two sides are more determined to cooperate and have a clearer layout plan for the next cooperation.
